FOUR (24 MT 60 CM) (BSM319)
This oven is indirect heat type oven. The air heated in Combustion Chamber by a burner using LPG or natural gas is circulate in special channels of the Tunnel Oven by a fan.
Due to the special design of the oven, the product is never coming in touch with burned gases during baking. The product is being baked during running forward in the Baking Tunnel without touching the burned gases. The heating for baking the product is indirect heat.
The elements used in the structure of the Tunnel are made of high heat resistance Chrome - Nickel Steels & Carbon Steel.
The baking rooms of the oven are isolated entirely by a nun-conductive isolation material.
The wire-mesh belt existing inside the oven is ensuring hot air circulation from the bottom during running to give a homogeneous heat to all faces of the product. This is an automatic regulation and security system to prevent the belt from slipping left or right.
This belt speed can be regulated between 2 m / min - 7 m / min.
The total length of the oven is 32 meters consisted of 2 units of which each one of them produces 150.000 kcal / h of heat. The belt wideness in the units is 100 cm and length is 16 meter in each unit.
The heat of the oven can be regulated automatically between 100°C - 300°C.
