OIL MELTING AND RESTING UNIT (BSM-102)
It is a tank for melting and resting the blocks of vegetable oil (margarine) packed in 20 kg pack each to be able to be used in the processing. The water is heated between 60ºC - 80ºC by electrical resistance and circulated by heat exchanger. This is ensuring melting of the margarine blocks and the melted oil is collected in this double-jacketed tank.
The tank is entirely made of stainless steel. It has a cover which can be opened easily with  the shock absorber. The water temperature can be regulated in any desired degree by an electronic thermometer and the circulation can  be done. Its capacity for stoking oil is 500 kg. The total used resistance  is  9000 of  watts .
The desired quantity of oil is discharged from this tank to the mixer by the dosing pump. The power of  Dosing Pump is 0.25 kw.

DOUGH MIXER (Z MIXER 150 KG/H) (BSM-103)
It is a mixer with Z stirrers used for preparing and mixing biscuit dough. It has a stainless steel hopper of 250 liter capacity and double-axes Z stirrers inside made of stainless steel. 150 kg/h capacity per two charges and step-less speed adjustability between 30 cycle/min to 60 cycle/min.
The trough of this mixer has a system to discharge it by lifting and turning it down.
