La commande du système se fera par le PLC. (DELTA) Toutes les unités seront exploités par touchmatic screens.All unités de transport et convoyeurs cadres sont en CrNi 304 pour les conditions d'hygiène.

DOSEUSE AUTOMATIQUE DE MUFFINS & MADALEINES (SC-500)
The Cup-Cakes & Muffins Filling Machines are the most suitables to fill soft or semi-soft doughs, like cup-cakes, wich con- tain solids like: raisins, chocolate pieces, almonds, lemon, rice, pine kernels, etc. with about 15 mm diameter.
The volumetric dosage of the product is exact, not being roller ensures the same dose in all nozzles. Mechanical control of do- sing allows very accurate weight regulation. This dosing system allows us to work with a wide range of viscosities.
The machine are sturdy and being built to work 24 hours. It needs no maintenance (no greasing). Thanks its new ligther chassis, the cleaning works are faster. Made of AISI304 stainless steel and suitable for processing food products materials.

It consists of fast roller and band system where feeding can be done in 2 groups of the cake pans. After the oven the pans are transfered to the cooling band with 80 Cm width and 6 m length, so the cooling will be done easily. The hot air is discharged by upwards fan in order to fulfill correct cooling. Taking off will be done with special conveyors, which are all controlled with P.L.C system

FOUR DE TRAITEMENT A MADELEINES (SF22-30)
Cake baking oven with 22000 mm band width and 30mt length with 3 burning chambers. Outside width of oven is 25000 mm. Oven is thermo-cycle type with canals and baking height is 250 mm. Gas distribution canals are made of CrNi material. Burning and baking chambers are controlled with P.L.C systems. Natural gas burner will be used in oven. Power consumption is 4 kW with  gearbox group. Wire band conveying system will be used and rollers will be designed according to this. Wire band will be tensioned by weighting system.

INJECTEUSE AUTOMATIQUE DE MADELEINES (SIA54)
The automatic injector are the most suitables to inject bakery pieces, quickly and easy. The computer incorporated in the machine supervises all the movements, checking correct functioning, as the tray feed, dosage/injected positioning and output.  If there is no paper, or tray is not collected at the end, the machine stops, sounds a warning and displays the reason for the stop on the control screen.
It’s rapid, easy to use, precise, does not punish the mixture, does not drip and the trays remain clean.

UNITE D’EMPILEMENT DE MADELEINES EN UNE RANGEE (ORS-BS)
Cakes coming out of the vacuum units are transfered with the special conveyor which is made of AISI 304 CrNi material and band is made of  PVC. The band coated with is one layer.
