Elle comprend de chargeur  des plateaux, distributeur de papier SA40, doseuse SCD-500  et d’elevateur de cuve.  Pour l’injection du produit utilise l’injecteuse SIA après cuisson. Autres machines impliquées dans le développement de produits: batteur, centrifugeuse des œufs et fours Tunnel, Bande sorite, le bande refroidissement,
La commande du système se fera par le PLC. (DELTA) Toutes les unités seront exploités par touchmatic screens.All unités de transport et convoyeurs cadres sont en CrNi 304 pour les conditions d'hygiène.

UNITE D’EMPILEMENT DE MADELEINES EN UNE RANGEE (ORS-BS)
Cakes coming out of the vacuum units are transfered with the special conveyor which is made of AISI 304 CrNi material and band is made of  PVC. The band coated with is one layer.
It has two different conveyor system. It stackes the cakes in to one row then feeds the cakes to the packaging machines.
