DM-OP12 type of Semi Automatic Cube Sugar Pressing Unit along with mixer, water dosing apparatus, mould feeder, pressing drum and main reducer is on the combined chassis as compact. The pressing drum, mould feeder and the press bridge automatic are driven over the main reducer by a single motor.
CUBE SUGAR LOADING SILO AND CARRYING SPIRAL: It is composed of angular spiral mounted onto 1 piece of silo in this unit. Crystal granulated sugar, which is poured into the silo, is carried in any amount into the humidifying mixer through the spiral. Quantity and timing is realized automatically through the photocells on the mixer. It is manufactured from stainless steel completely. Spiral dimensions vary according to tonnage of the machine.
HUMIDIFYING MIXER: It is manufactured from stainless steel completely. It performs humidifying process on the crystal granulated sugar through flaps on it and also through dosage pump on it by automatic activation and deactivation in any desired rate by using filtered water (pressing humidity is given to the crystal sugar averagely at the rate of 1 - 2 % according to its situation.)
PRESSING DRUM: It gives form of cube sugar by turning through the moulds including humidified granulated sugar coming from the mixer and by adjusting the weight in gram volumetrically and by performing the pressing process, and pours such cube sugars onto drying belt in a sequential manner. It is possible to adjust size and weight of 8 cube sugars in gram as desired on this unit.) All surfaces contacting the sugar on this unit are composed of stainless steel, bronze and plastic materials that are suitable for food.
DRYING AND COOLING UNIT : It carries cube sugar for packaging up to the filling robot by carrying cube sugars on the stainless straw belt, firstly by passing them through drying ovens and ensuring drying the sugar through infrared ceramic resistances and then, by passing them through cooling unit and ensuring to reduce cube sugar into the packaging temperature.

Conveyor is a drying tunnel only peculiar to Orse Makine as designed with drying tunnel + cooling cabinet, infrared resistances and wire mesh belt made specially by Orse Makine. Size is 40 m. (it may be performed optionally)
Sugar mixer is AIS 304 stainless completely.
