Drawing heads are GGG 70 nodular cast iron.
Drawing belt surface is HARD FILLING coated.
Drawing heads and rolling mill housing are cooled by cooling water.
Motor power depends on the diameter of wire to be drawn and the material structure.
Ac motors are controlled by inverters having torque control release technique.
Power transmission is made by belt and pulleys to specially designed reducers.
Motors are mounted at the back of the body vertically with a mechanism providing easy belt tension.
There is dynamic braking system on each motor for emergency and normal stops.
Safety switches prevent the operation of the machine if the safety locks of the machine are open. All electrical, electronic components are world-renowned brands. Invertors and switch materials are ABB brand.
