Drawing heads, rolling mill boxes, drive motors, water feeding pipes, return coolant pipes, oil level indicators, pneumatic brakes, safety covers are mounted to the body.
Drawing heads are GGG 70 nodular cast iron.
Drawing belt surface is TUNGSTEN CARBIDE coated.
Drawing heads and rolling mill housings are cooled by cooling water.
Motor power depends on the diameter of the wire to be drawn and the material structure.
AC motors are controlled by speed inverters with Torque control release technique.
Power transmission is made to specially designed reducers by belt and pulley.
Motors are mounted at the back of the body vertically with a mechanism providing easy belt tension.
There is Pneumatic and dynamic braking system on each motor for emergency and normal stops.
Safety switches prevent the operation of the machine if the safety covers of the machine are open. All electrical, electronic materials used are world-renowned brands. Inverter and switch materials are ABB brand. Operator panel has digital display mounted on the output block.
