SYRUP TANK (500 LT. / DOUBLE JACKET) (BSM300)
It is a tank entirely made of stainless steel alloy for preparing invert syrup solution made by boiling the mixture of water, sugar, and citric acid in this tank. It is heated from bottom by natural gas for boiling the ingredients. A driving group consisting of 1.1 kw motor linked with 60 cycle / minute reductor mix the ingredients during boiling. A pump located under this tank pumps the Invert Syrup to the resting tank.

OIL MELTING AND RESTING UNIT (BSM-302)
It is a tank for melting and resting the blocks of vegetable oil (margarine) packed in 20 kg pack each to be able to be used in the processing. The water is heated between 60ºC - 80ºC by electrical resistance and circulated by heat exchanger. This is ensuring melting of the margarine blocks and the melted oil is collected in this double-jacketed tank.
The tank is entirely made of stainless steel. It has a cover which can be opened easily with  the shock absorber. The water temperature can be regulated in any desired degree by an electronic thermometer and the circulation can  be done. Its capacity for stoking oil is 500 kg. The total used resistance  is  9000 of  watts .
The desired quantity of oil is discharged from this tank to the mixer by the dosing pump. The power of  Dosing Pump is 0.25 kw.

It is a mixer with Z stirrers used for preparing and mixing biscuit dough. It has a stainless steel hopper of 250 liter capacity and double-axes Z stirrers inside made of stainless steel. 500 kg/h capacity per two charges and step-less speed adjustability between 30 cycle/min to 60 cycle/min.
The trough of this mixer has a system to discharge it by lifting and turning it down.

24 M. THERMO-CYCLE BAKING OVEN (60 CM STEEL BELT) (BSM-24X60)
This oven is indirect heat type oven. The air heated in Combustion Chamber by a burner using Natural gas is circulate in special channels of the Tunnel Oven by a fan.
Due to the special design of the oven, the product is never coming in touch with burned gases during baking. The product is being baked during running forward in the Baking Tunnel without touching the burned gases. The heating for baking the product is indirect heat.
The elements used in the structure of the Tunnel are made of high heat resistance Chrome - Nickel Steels & Carbon Steel.
The baking rooms of the oven are isolated entirely by a nun-conductive isolation material.
The steel belt has a securing precaution system against the slipping. This is an automatic regulating system to prevent the belt from slipping left or right.
This belt speed can be regulated between 2 m / min - 7 m / min.
The total length of the oven is 32 meter consisted of 2 units. The belt wideness in the units is 100 cm.  and length is 16 meter in each unit.
The outer surface of the oven is entirely closed with furnaced paint covering sheets.
The heat of the oven can be regulated automatically between 100°C - 350°C.
