They are automatic labeling machines that adhere self-adhesive labels on the packaging quickly and precisely by means of step motor driven label module. The labels are automatically adhered onto the packaging by operation of top labeling; bottom-top labeling; complete or partial wrap labeling in case of cylindrical packaging; front or front & rear labeling in case of flat or domed surfaces. The labels to be labeled on the labeling machines are automatically arranged in line before labeling and they are smoothed out after the labeling operation.

1 pc Model Eline-C/ALritma-M PVC automatic partial/full wrap-around self-adhesive labelling machine, 1-2lt suitable to label cylindirical hypochlorite acid bottles, label roll width: from 30mm up to 200mm, maximum capacity: 75 pcs/minute (for 1lt bottles and depending on your product size and label lenght), electrical supply: Electrical supply: 230V, 50Hz, single-phase.

* 1 pc ALRITMA-M self-adhesive labelling head
* SANYO DENKI step motor driven label advance system

* Microprocessor control with Touch-screen display, label length (pitch-off: extension from peeler bar) and
label position on product (delay function) adjustments are made from microprocessor
* Adjusment parameters memory for 40 product/label formats

* Labelled product counter (seperate counters for each format)
