The machine can print with cliche and transfer the dye  through tram cylinder. In-chamber cylinder is rubber, and the cylinder dyeing the cliche is the tram. (Cliche cylinder and tram cylinder are eloxal steel) The machine has roller loading engine and roller shaft is air-driven. There are two pieces of cylinders in the roller wrapping part and they are sometimes wrapping. Wrapping shaft is air-driven. Printing units on the machine are commanded by hydrolic

- Cliché rollers work with helical gear according to the special 2.84 mm plate. Optional module and plate thickness settings can be made.
- The color rails are made of special materials. They are coated with ink-resistant special coating. In addition, the machine is painted with ink and solvent-resistant paint and is suitable for wiping with ethyl acetate.
 
Winding unit:
Coils with a maximum diameter of 120 cm and an internal diameter of 76 mm can be used in the winding unit.
- The winding coils are compressed by means of a pneumatic inflatable shaft.
- The winding shaft is connected to the machine by means of locking wheels. The safety of the operator is max.
- Winding tension control is provided by DANCER controlled AC motor. The maximum tension is 300 N.
- The winding press roller which provides the ironing of the wound bobbins is a pneumatically operated and rubber coated roller.

Doctor Blade System is a transfer method used in Flexo Printing Machines and Some Printing Machines. Print quality is much better than rubber machines. It is especially successful in tram passes in CMYK printed works.
